Summary: The general theory of relativity is a remarkably accurate theory of gravitation, describing phenomena from the level of isolated bodies to the universe as a whole. The mathematical study of this theory leads to fascinating problems connecting the areas of partial differential equations, geometry and topology with physics. The talks of the workshop illustrated the rapid progress in this subject over the last few years.
