A important and nice theorem (the two parallel circles case) is proved by several lemmas. The existence of some results from this paper is realized by a constructive method. The author constructs closed embedded minimal surfaces in round three-spheres \(\mathbb{S}^3(1)\subset R^4\) by singular perturbation methods. The main body of paper consists in the following: {\parindent=7mm\begin{itemize}\item[1)] the author presents a general construction of initial approximate minimal surfaces; \item[2)] the following section presents in detail the LD (linearized doubling) and MLD (matched linearized doubling) solutions for constructions carried out in this paper. \end{itemize}} The author uses ``linearized doubling'', i.e., an intermediate step where singular solutions to the linearized equation are constructed subject to a appropriate linear and nonlinear situations. Finally, the author uses the MLD-solutions constructed in the previous part, to construct certain surfaces. The reference text include a rich context. For Part II, see [the author and \textit{P. McGrath}, Commun. Pure Appl. Math. 72, No. 10, 2121--2195 (2019; Zbl 1457.53047)].
