A continuous fraction operation on \(\mathbb C\) is a binary operation \(*\) on \(\mathbb C\) such that the mapping \(x\mapsto x*b\) is continuous on \(\mathbb C\) for every \(b\in{\mathbb C}\), and satisfying \((a+b)*c=(a*c)+(b*c)\) and \((ax)*(bz)=a*b\) for all \(a,b,c,x\in {\mathbb C}\) with \(x\neq 0\). Two continuous operations \(*\) and \(*'\) on \(\mathbb C\) are equivalent, if there is a homeomorphism \(f: {\mathbb C}\mapsto {\mathbb C}\) such that \(f(z*w)=f(z)*' f(w)\) holds for any \(z, w\in {\mathbb C}\). In the paper under review the authors completely classify continuous fraction operations on \(\mathbb C\) modulo equivalence. Futhermore, they show that the set of all equivalence classes of continuous fraction operations is equipped with a natural topology and it is homeomorphic to the unit disk \(\{z\in{\mathbb C} : | z| \leq 1\}\).
