The paper considers the inverse differential Galois problem for the parameterized Picard-Vessiot theory. More precisely, let \(F=k((t))(x)\) with \(\delta=\frac{\partial}{\partial x}\) and \(\delta_{0}=\frac{\partial}{\partial t}\) and \(k\) an arbitrary field of characteristic zero. In [J. Algebra 428, 43--53 (2015; Zbl 1370.12003)], the author showed that every connected, semisimple, split linear algebraic group over \(k((t))\) is a parameterized Picard-Vessiot group over \(F\). In this paper, it is proved (main theorem) that linear differential algebraic groups which are generated by finitely many elements with certain properties are parameterized Picard-Vessiot groups over \(F\). In particular, every linear differential algebraic group over \(k((t))\) that is generated by finitely many unipotent \(k((t))\)-rational elements is a parameterized Picard-Vessiot group over \(F\). The proof of the above results is obtained by combining ``The method of patching over fields with a suitable version of Galois descent'' of \textit{D. Harbater} and \textit{J. Hartmann} [Isr. J. Math. 176, 61--107 (2010; Zbl 1213.14052)] and the author et al. [Doc. Math. 23, 241--291 (2018; Zbl 1436.12006)].
