The paper compares two models for global spaces given in [\textit{D. Gepner} and \textit{A. Henriques}, ``Homotopy theory of orbispaces'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:math/0701916}] and [\textit{S. Schwede}, ``Orbispaces, orthogonal spaces, and the universal compact Lie group'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:1711.06019}]. The two variants of orbispaces introduced therein are not equal because they have different orbit categories. But the authors show that there is a zig-zag of weak equivalences between the respective mapping spaces which is compatible with the given structures of topologically enriched categories extending this result (Section 3) to a zig-zag of Dwyer-Kan equivalences between the orbit category \textbf{O}\(_{\mathrm{gl}}\) from Schwede and the orbit category Orb from Gepner and Henriques. This implies that the associated presheaf categories are Quillen equivalent via a zig-zag, and as a consequence, all the models for global homotopy theory from both papers are equivalent to each other. In addition, as an auxiliary result, they prove that whenever a compact Lie group \(G\) acts freely on a Hausdorff space \(X\), the canonical map \(X\times_G EG \rightarrow X/G\) is a weak equivalence.
