This material represents course notes introducing the beginner to the homogenization theory. It includes two introductory parts in the needed functional analysis (weak derivatives, Sobolev spaces, Rellich theorem, Lax-Milgram lemma, G-convergence) and two other parts that are more specialized (div-curl lemma, compensated compactness theorem with application to a boundary homogenization problem). For the entire collection see [Zbl 1386.70002].
