In this paper, topological equivalences between solutions of a linear system \[ y'(t) = A(t)y(t) +A_0(t)y(\gamma(t)) \] and those of a perturbed system \[ x'(t) = A(t)x(t) +A_0(t)x(\gamma(t)) +f(t, x(t), x(\gamma(t))) \] are considered, where \(\gamma\) is a piecewise constant function, the norms of the matrices \(A\) and \(A_0\) have a uniform bound and the function \(f\) is bounded for \((t, x, y) \in \mathbb{R}\times\mathbb{R}^n\times\mathbb{R}^n\). Under the assumption that the linear system has an \(\alpha\)-exponential dichotomy on \(\mathbb{R}\), sufficient conditions are obtained for strong topological equivalence and Hölder strong topological equivalence.
