CR manifolds that possess automorphisms which move a certain reference point are called Sasakian manifolds. Chern-Moser normal forms of real hypersurfaces in $\mathbb C^{n+1}$ are known as highly powerful tools to study non-Sasakian manifolds. In the paper, the authors attempt to provide a certain classification of Sasakian hyperquadrics in $\mathbb C^{n+1}$. At first, they provide a so-called canonical embedding theorem of such Sasakian manifolds by partially determining defining equations of them and their associated infinitesimal automorphisms. Moreover, by generalising Stanton's construction in $\mathbb C^2$ to higher dimensions, also a family of explicit rigid hyperquadrics is provided, which depends on the correct amount of parameters. These hyperquadrics are called Stanton hypersurfaces. It is also shown that this family is not complete. \par Also, as the main result of the paper, the authors show, for any triple of parameters $(H, m , \tau)$, where $H$ is a Hermitian matrix, $m\in\mathbb C^n$ and $\tau\in\mathbb R$, that there exists a canonical unique defining equation \[ v=\langle z,z\rangle+\sum_{k,\ell\geq 2} F_{k\ell}(z,\overline z) \] of the rigid hyperquadric $v=\langle z,z\rangle$ such that:\[ \text{tr} F_{22}=\langle Hz, z\rangle, \qquad \text{tr}^2 F_{32}=\langle z, m\rangle, \qquad \text{tr}^3 F_{33}=\tau. \]
