The paper under review considers the asymptotic behavior of an incompressible fluid around a bounded obstacle. Under the assumption for any nontrivial solution to be uniformily bounded the authors prove that the minimal decaying rate is \(\exp(-C|x|^{\frac{3}{2}+})\). The proof is based on the reformulation of the Navier-Stokes equation to a new system using the vorticity formulation, a Schauder estimate, and a scaling argument.
