The authors define 3-manifold invariants with colored links inside for restricted quantum $\mathfrak{sl}(2)$ at a $2p^{\text{th}}$ root of unity. The colors are of two types central elements and trace classes, or elements in the $0^{\text{th}}$ Hochschild homology of a quantum group. These invariants are derived from a quantum group that is not quasitriangular and hence not ribbon, but factorizable. The key points of the construction are the universal invariant of a string link with values in the tensor powers of the quantum group, and the modified trace introduced by the third author and his collaborators and its computation on tensor powers of the regular representation. These invariants are considered as a colored extension of the logarithmic invariants constructed by \textit{J. Murakami} [Quantum Topol. 8, No. 1, 35--73 (2017; Zbl 1365.57020)].
