      Assume that $\Omega=[0,1]^{d}$ is the unit cube in $\mathbb{R}^d$, the functions $f, w \in L^1(\Omega)$ are nonnegative. $M$ is the dyadic maximal operator defined by: $$Mf(x)=\sup\{ \frac{1}{\vert I\vert}\int_{I}\vert f(y)\vert dy: I\ {\text{ is\; a\; dyadic\; cube\; containing}}\; x \}.$$ The author proves the inequality $$\vert \vert (Mf)^pw\vert \vert_{1}\leq \frac{1}{1-p}\vert \vert f\vert \vert ^{p}_{1}\vert \vert w\vert \vert_{1}+\frac{p^2}{1-p}E_{M}(f,w) $$ where $E_{M}(f,w)$ is an appropriate error term and $0<p<1$. Both constants \ $1/(1-p)$ and \ $p^2/(1-p)$ are the best possible. \par The assertion is established in the more general context of probability spaces equipped with a dyadic-like structure.
