This paper studies a vector-bias malaria transmission model with application to Mexico, Sudan and Democratic Republic of the Congo. Exposed class in host population and vector are feature in the disease model, which has different incidence rates. Local stability and global stability of the disease-free and endemic equilibria have been studied. The corresponding basic reproduction numbers for various incidence rates are derived. The malaria data of the three countries has been fitted with the model and the evolution of the disease for the next ten years is predicted based on the model and data. It reveals that the malaria would eradicate in Mexico but be endemic in Sudan and Congo. The sensitivity analysis of the basic reproduction number shows that the mosquito biting rate is the most sensitive parameter.
