Summary: This paper deals with the problem of fairly allocating a certain amount of divisible goods or burdens among individuals or organizations in the multicriteria environment. It is analyzed within the framework of data envelopment analysis (DEA). We improve the game proposed by \textit{K. Nakabayashi} and \textit{K. Tone} [``Egoist's dilemma: a DEA game'', Omega 34, No. 2, 135--148 (2006; \url{doi:10.1016/j.omega.2004.08.003})] and develop an alternative scheme by reassigning the total weight or power for the coalition members. The solutions and equilibria of the new DEA game proposed in this paper are also studied.
