Extension of the GSMW formula in weaker assumptions (Q1723872)

Summary: In this note, the generalized Sherman-Morrison-Woodbury (for short GSMW) formula \((A + Y G Z^\ast)^\odot = A^\odot - A^\odot Y(G^\odot + Z^\ast A^\odot Y)^\odot Z^\ast A^\odot\) is extended under some assumptions weaker than those used by \textit{Y. Duan} [Abstr. Appl. Anal. 2013, Article ID 694940, 4 p. (2013; Zbl 1470.47004)].
