An element \(x\) of a finite group \(G\) is called real if it is conjugate to its inverse. If \(x\) is a real element in group \(G,\) then the size of conjugacy class of \(x\) is called real class size. In this article, the author proves a conjecture due to \textit{G. Navarro} et al. [Isr. J. Math. 171, 157--173 (2009; Zbl 1186.20010)] which states that if a finite group has two real class sizes, then it is solvable. Moreover it is proved that if a finite group has same \(2\)-part for its all noncentral real class, then is solvable and it has \(2\)-length one. A group \(G\) is said to have \(2\)-length one if there exist normal subgroups \(N\leq K\leq G\) such that \(N\) and \(G/K\) have odd order and \(K/N\) is a \(2\)-group.
