The article is devoted to the classical problem -- ``sensitivity of real roots of polynomial systems with respect to perturbations of the coefficients''. On the basis of the ``condition number'' used by Cucker, Krick, Malajovich, and Wschebor, the authors establish new probabilistic estimates that allow a much broader family of measures than considered earlier. The results obtained are also applicable to overdetermined systems.
