Let $K$ be an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero, $R = K[x_1, \dots, x_n]$, $I$ be an ideal in $R$ and $A_n(K) = K \langle x_1, \dots, x_n, \partial_1, \dots, \partial_n\rangle$ be the $n$th Weyl algebra over $K$. For a given holonomic left $A_n(K)$-module $N$, let $\partial=\partial_1, \dots, \partial_n$ be pairwise commuting $K$-linear maps. The de Rham cohomology modules $H^{\ast}(\partial; N)$ are finite dimensional $K$-vector spaces. In this paper, the authors consider $\chi (H^g_{\mathrm{fp}}(R))=\Sigma^n_{i=0}(-1)^i \dim_KH^{i}(\partial; H^g_{\mathrm{fp}}(R))$, the Euler characteristic of local cohomology module $H^g_{\mathrm{fp}}(R)$ for certain prime ideals of height $g$. To this end note that $H^g_{\mathrm{fp}}(R)$ is holonomic, cf. [\textit{G. Lyubeznik}, Invent. Math. 113, No. 1, 41--55 (1993; Zbl 0795.13004)]. For part I, see [\textit{T. J.
