The authors present two MAC schemes along with a study for their convergence for time fractional Stokes equations on non-uniform grids. One is the standard MAC scheme and the other is the efficient MAC scheme which uses a fast evaluation of the Caputo fractional derivative. The stability results are derived. Second-order superconvergence in discrete $L^2$ norm for both velocity and pressure is proved. Second-order superconvergence for some terms of the $H^1$ norm of the velocity is also shown. Some numerical tests are presented to show the efficiency and accuracy of MAC schemes.
