    Summary: Denote by \(\dot{\mathbf{B}}_\ast^{\alpha, \phi}(\operatorname{\Omega})\) the intrinsic Orlicz-Besov space, where \(\alpha \in \mathbb{R}\), \(\phi\) is a Young function, and \(\operatorname{\Omega} \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) is a domain. For \(\alpha \in(- n, 0)\) and optimal \(\phi\), via John domains, we establish criteria for bounded domains \(\operatorname{\Omega} \subset \mathbb{R}^n\) to support an Orlicz-Besov Poincaré inequality \(\| u - u_{\operatorname{\Omega}} \|_{L^{n / | \alpha |}(\operatorname{\Omega})} \leq C \| u \|_{\dot{\mathbf{B}}_\ast^{\alpha, \phi}(\operatorname{\Omega})}\) for all \(u \in \dot{\mathbf{B}}_\ast^{\alpha, \phi}(\operatorname{\Omega}) .\) This extends the known criteria for bounded domains supporting the Sobolev-Poincaré inequality and its fractional analogue.
