A curve \(\gamma\) in a complex manifold \((S,J)\) with connection \(D\) is called c-planar if \(D_{\dot\gamma}\dot\gamma(t)\) is a linear combination of \(\dot\gamma(t)\) and \(J\dot\gamma(t)\) for every \(t\). A c-projective structure on \((S,J)\) is an equivalence class \([D]_c\) of torsion-free connections which preserve \(J\) and have the same \(c\)-planar curves. The part of the curvature tensor which is independent of the choice of representative from \([D]_c\) is called the c-projective Weyl curvature. Assume that \((S,J,[D]_c)\) is an analytic c-projective manifold whose \(c\)-projective Weyl curvature is of type \((1,1)\). Endow it with a holomorphic line bundle \(\mathcal{L}\) associated to the holomorphic tangent bundle of \(S\). Assume \(\mathcal{L}\) comes with an analytic connection \(\nabla\), compatible with the holomorphic structure, whose curvature is of type \((1,1)\). The complexification of \((S,J,[D]_c,\mathcal{L},\nabla)\) can then can be endowed with a quaternionic structure in a neighborhood of \(S\). This paper concerns the symmetry properties of this construction, which generalizes the Feix-Kaledin construction of a hyper-Kähler structure near the zero section of the cotangent bundle of an analytic Kähler manifold. The main result proven is that every infinitesimal symmetry of the initial data \((S,J,[D]_c,\mathcal L,\nabla)\) can be extended to an infinitesimal symmetry of the quaternionic structure obtained from it by the generalized Feix-Kaledin construction. This gives a lower bound on the dimension of the space of quaternionic symmetries of such quaternionic manifolds. This bound is shown to be saturated in the case of the quaternionic structure determined by the Eguchi-Hanson metric on \(T^*\mathbb{C}\mathrm{P}^1\), which arises from the Feix-Kaledin construction applied to \(\mathbb{C}\mathrm{P}^1\).
