The paper deals with particle systems in the framework of the Boltzmann equation and their relation with the propagation of chaos defined in terms of the quadratic Wasserstein distance. More exactly, the goal of this study is to derive an explicit uniform law for the propagation of the chaos rate for the Kac \(N\) particle system. It is an extension of some results already obtained by the authors on the same topic, but in the one-dimensional case, and the main contribution is the use of new probabilistic couplings defined as the solutions of stochastic integral equations driven by the same Poisson point measure.
