The paper refers to the classical Cauchy problem for the system \(\ddot {\psi}(x,t) = \Delta\psi (x,t)+\zeta (t)\delta (x)\), \(\lim_{x \to 0}(\psi(x,t)-\zeta (t)G(x)) = F(\zeta (t))\), where \(x \in\mathbb R^3\), \(t \in\mathbb R\) and \( G(x)\) is the Green function. Investigated is the global attraction of the solution to the stationary states. Existence of stationary states is shown. Under some special assumptions on the coefficients in the above system the convergence to stationary states is proved.
