The differential \(K\)-theory is partly motivated by the study of the Ramond-Ramond field and the D-brane in the low energy limit of type IIA/B superstring theory. If the B-field vanishes, the differential \(K\)-theory provides a good mathematical structure for this physical setting. It could be constructed by the cycles consist of vector bundle, metric and connection. If the B-field does not vanish, we need a differential extension of the twist \(K\)-theory. In [Commun. Contemp. Math. 16, No. 2, Article ID 1350014, 27 p. (2014; Zbl 1388.19004)], \textit{A. Kahle} and \textit{A. Valentino} gave a list of axioms for twisted differential \(K\)-theory. In this paper, the author confirms a long-standing hypothetical idea that twisted differential \(K\)-theory can also be defined by twisted vector bundles with connection and proves that his \(K^0\)-model satisfy all of the Kahle-Valentino axioms except the push-forward axiom.
