The authors introduce a new dimension spectrum motivated by the Assouad dimension. They perform a detailed study of these dimensions, including their analytic, geometric, and measureability properties, and compute the spectra explicitly for some common examples of fractals. The paper contains also applications of the introduced concepts, including dimension distortion estimates under bi-Hölder maps, and certain new bi-Lipschitz invariants.
