Let \(C\) be a closed connected three-dimensional subset of a manifold of dimension three. A capillary surface \(S\) in \(C\) is a minimal surface embedded in \(C\) such that \(\partial S\subset\partial C\) and \(S\) meets \(\partial C\) at locally constant angle. A free boundary minimal surface in \(C\) is a capillary surface which meets \(\partial C\) orthogonally. In this paper, the author shows that there exist free boundary minimal surfaces of Saddle Tower type which are embedded in a vertical solid cylinder of \(\mathbb H^2\times\mathbb R\), \(\mathbb H^2\) being the hyperbolic plane, and invariant under the action of a vertical translation and a rotation. The number of boundary curves equals \(2l\), \(l\geq 2\). These surfaces come in families depending on one parameter and they converge to \(2l\) vertical stripes having a common intersection line.
