Asymptotics of invariant metrics in the normal direction and a new characterisation of the unit disk (Q1745308)

The main result of this paper is an improvement of the estimates for invariant metrics in the normal direction on strictly pseudoconvex domains given by \textit{S. Fu} [Can. Math. Bull. 38, No. 2, 196-206 (1995; Zbl 0842.32020)], \textit{I. Graham} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 207, 219--240 (1975; Zbl 0305.32011)] and \textit{D. Ma} [in: Complex analysis, Proc. Symp., Madison/WI (USA) 1992, Contemp. Math. 137, 329--338 (1992; Zbl 0770.32013)]. Moreover, the author also gives a new characterisation of the unit disk in \(\mathbb{C}\) in terms of the asymptotic behaviour of quotients of invariant metrics.
