The authors operate with integral estimates of derivatives for conformal mappings from the unit disk \(\mathbb D=\{z\in\mathbb C:|z|<1\}\) onto bounded domains \(\Omega\). For a bounded Lipschitz domain \(\Omega\subset\mathbb C\), the Neumann-Laplace eigenvalue problem for the Laplace operator is: \(-\text{div}(\nabla u)=\mu u\) in \(\Omega\) with \(\frac{\partial u}{\partial n}=0\) on \(\Omega\). A domain \(\Omega\subset\mathbb C\) is a \(K\)-quasidisk if it is the image of \(\mathbb D\) under a \(K\)-quasiconformal homeomorphism of \(\mathbb C\) onto itself. The authors obtain spectral estimates of the Neumann-Laplace operator in quasidisks. Theorem A: Let \(\Omega\subset\mathbb C\) be a \(K\)-quasidisk. Then the spectrum of Neumann-Laplace operator in \(\Omega\) is discrete, can be written in the form of a non-decreasing sequence \(0=\mu_0(\Omega)<\mu_1(\Omega)\leq\dots\leq\mu_n(\Omega)\leq\cdots\), and \[ \frac{1}{\mu_1(\Omega)}\leq\frac{K^2C_{\alpha}^2}{\pi}\left(\frac{2\alpha-2}{\alpha-2}\right)^{\frac{2\alpha-2}{\alpha}} \text{exp}\left\{\frac{K^2\pi^2(2+\pi^4)^2}{2\log3}\right\}|\Omega|, \] for \(2<\alpha<\frac{2K^2}{K^2-1}\), where \(|\Omega|\) is the area of \(\Omega\) and \[ C_{\alpha}=\frac{10^6}{\big((\alpha-1)(1-\nu)\big)^{1/\alpha}},\;\;\;\nu=10^{4\alpha}\frac{\alpha-2}{\alpha-1}(24\pi^2K^2)^{\alpha}<1. \] A Jordan curve \(\Gamma\) admits a \(K\)-quasiconformal reflection if and only if it satisfies the Ahlfors 3-point condition: there exists a constant \(C\) such that \(|\zeta_3-\zeta_1|\leq C|\zeta_2-\zeta_1|\) for any three points on \(\Gamma\) where \(\zeta_3\) is between \(\zeta_1\) and \(\zeta_2\). The authors prove the following theorem. Theorem 5.1: Let a Jordan curve \(\Gamma\) satisfy the Ahlfors 3-point condition. Then \(\Gamma\) admits a \(K\)-quasiconformal reflection where \(K\) depends only on \(C\) and \[ K<2^{-10}\text{exp}\{(1+e^{2\pi}C^5)^2\}. \] In [Rev. Mat. Iberoam. 17, No. 3, 643--659 (2001; Zbl 1003.30013)], \textit{S. Rohde} constructed a collection \(S_p\) of snowflakes with snowflake parameter \(p\). The authors of the present paper give a lower estimates of the first non-trivial eigenvalue of the Neumann-Laplace operator for \(S_p\), \(1/4\leq p<1/2\).
