The author defines a sequence of topological invariants for integral homology three-spheres taking values in Jacobi diagrams (linear combinations of trivalent graphs with certain relations). The invariants are defined by counting graphs in a manifold satisfying a certain condition that is described by ordinary differential equations. \par These invariants generalize the invariants defined by \textit{K. Fukaya} [Commun. Math. Phys. 181, No. 1, 37--90 (1996; Zbl 0893.58017)]. It is noted that it is proved in [\textit{T. Shimizu}, Algebr. Geom. Topol. 16, No. 6, 3073--3101 (2016; Zbl 1357.57040)] that these invariants coincide with invariants of \textit{G. Kuperberg} and \textit{D. P. Thurston} [``Perturbative 3-manifold invariants by cut-and-paste topology'', Preprint, \url{arXiv:math/9912167}], which is conjectured in the paper under review.
