The density functional theory (DFT) is useful for numerical electronic design in physics, chemistry and material science. Here, one proves that the so-called Hohenberg-Kohn density (another class of densities) functional converges to the correlated electrons functional. Two main theorems A and B are stated and proven. Further discussions follow. The milestone of the paper comes from the fact that the minimization of general functionals does not necessarily commute with taking semi-classical limits.
