A note on monotonicity theorems for approximately continuous functions (Q1750331)

The article is a follow-up to a triplet of papers published in the previous issue of the journal [\textit{K. Beanland} et al., ibid. 41, No. 2, 331--346 (2016; Zbl 1384.26021); \textit{C. Freiling} et al., ibid. 41, No. 2, 409--414 (2016; Zbl 1384.26022); ibid. 41, No. 2, 403--408 (2016; Zbl 1384.26032)], related to a monotonicity result for the approximate derivative, known as Ornstein's theorem. The author provides one more, very simple, proof for that theorem.
