The Łojasiewicz gradient inequality has the form \[ \left| f(x)\right| ^{\theta }\leq C\left| \left| \nabla f(x)\right| \right| , \] where \(f\) is an analytic function in a neigbourhood of \(0\in \mathbb{R}^{m},\) \(f(0)=0,\) \(\nabla f\) is the gradient of \(f\) and \(\theta \in (0,1).\) The same holds in the complex case. The main result of the article is this inequality for \(\mu \)-constant holomorphic families \((f_{t}(x))\) of holomorphic complex functions with an isolated critical point at \(0\in \mathbb{C}^{m}\) with uniform (independent of \(t)\) exponent \(\theta \) (precisely \(\theta =\frac{ \mu }{\mu +1},\) where \(\mu \) is the constant Milnor number of \(f_{t}\)).
