Regularity results for an optimal design problem with quasiconvex bulk energies (Q1751608)

The authors investigate a class of multidimensional vectorial variational problems involving both bulk and surface energies, providing regularity results for equilibrium configurations, while the only structure assumptions on the bulk energy densities concern the fact that they are uniformly strictly quasiconvex functions with quadratic growth. Then, a partial regularity result for minimal configurations together with partial Hölder continuity of the gradient of the deformation and a higher integrability statement are established, followed by some laborious proofs of decay estimates.
