A set \(E\subset{\mathbb R}^d\) is \(n\)-Ahlfors-David regular if \(C_{1}r^{n}\leq {\mathcal H}^{n}(\{y\in E: |y-x|<r\}) \leq C_{2}r^{n}\) for all \(x\in E\) and sufficiently small positive \(r\) and certain \(C_{1,2}.\) A set \(\Gamma = \{p+A(p): p\in P\}\) is an \(n\)-dimensional Lipschitz graph if \(P\subset {\mathbb R}^d\) is an \(n\)-dimensional subspace and \(A\) is a Lipschitz map of \(P\) into its orthogonal complement. An \(n\)-Ahlfors-David regular set \(E\subset{\mathbb R}^d\) has big pieces of Lipschitz graphs if for any ball \(B(x,r)\), \(x\in E\), there exists an \(n\)-dimensional Lipschitz graph \(\Gamma_{x,r}\) such that \({\mathcal H}^{n}(E\cap\Gamma_{x,r}\cap B(x,r)) \geq \delta r^n\), where \(\delta\) does not depend on \(x\) and \(r\), and the Lipschitz constants of corresponding mappings \(A\) are uniformly bounded. The authors obtain criteria guaranteeng that an \(n\)-Ahlfors-David regular set \(Ed\) has big pieces of Lipschitz graphs.
