The problem of classification of all Frobenius manifolds and cohomological field theories (CohFT) appears to be very hard in practice. The general classification theorems of Dubrovin for the Frobenius manifolds and the Givental-Teleman theory for the cohomological field theories give the ``minimal data'' one needs to know to reconstruct the object completely. However this minimal data is very hard to compute in practice and the reconstruction is only applicable to the so-called semisimple theories. In this paper the author considers a certain smaller class of Frobenius manifold and develops ahe approach to the classification, that only uses the series expansion of the Frobenius manifold potential, that is subject to a system of PDEs called WDVV equation. This approach is extremely clear and understandable, and at the same time the author does not need any semisimplicity assumption that is crucial for Dubrovin's and Givental-Teleman's classifications. The class of Frobenius manifolds considered is not that big, however it is very important in mirror symmetry and contains the Gromov-Witten theories of orbifold projective lines of Geigle-Lenzing.
