The authors derive sufficient conditions which guarantee that every solution of a certain higher order nonlinear neutral delay dynamic equation either oscillates or converges to zero at infinity. Note by the reviewer: (i) It appears that the assumption on the positivity of the leading coefficient $r(t)$ on $[t_0,\infty)_{\mathbb T}$ needs to be strengthened to the assumption that $\inf\,\{r(t),\ t\in[t_0,t_1]_{\mathbb T}\}>0$ for every $t_1\in(t_0,\infty)_{\mathbb T}$, guaranteeing that the function $1/r(\cdot)$ is rd-continuous on $[t_0,\infty)_{\mathbb T}$ (see Remark~4.1 in [\textit{R. Hilscher} and \textit{C. C. Tisdell}, Electron. J. Differ. Equ. 2008, Paper No. 68, 21 p. (2008; Zbl 1176.34059)]). (ii) The reference provided in Lemma~2.2 is invalid.
