The authors consider a class of semilinear neutral integro-differential equations with nonlocal conditions. By using fractional power operator theory, they get the existence of mild solutions, strong solutions and strict solutions in a Banach space. They discuss nonlocal conditions under the assumption that the given nonlocal function is neither compact nor Lipschitzian.
