The author, continuing the studies previously published, considers a biharmonic function \(u(x)\) in the ball \(\{|x|<R\}\) in the space \(\mathbb R^n\), \(n\geq 2\). It is well known that \(u(x) \in C^4(| x| <R)\) and that it is the solution of the equation \(\Delta^2 u(x) = 0\), \(| x| <R\). This function is infinitely differentiable in \(\{| x| <R\}\), then \(u(x) \in C^\infty (| x| <;R)\); in general it has no limit as \(x\) approaches the boundary \(\{| x| =R\}\). The author studies conditions under which the function \(u(x)\) has a mean square limit at the boundary. Using polar coordinates, the author establishes sufficient conditions for the existence of the \(L_2\) limit of the biharmonic function at the boundary \(\{| x| =R\}\); to achieve this aim, the author represents the biharmonic function using two unique harmonic functions and expands these last one in the series over spherical functions, making use of orthonormal basis of eigenfunctions of the Beltrami operator. Moreover he shows that the condition founded is not necessary for the existence of the \(L_2\) limit of the biharmonic function at the boundary.
