Let \(\mathbf G\) be a complex manifold and \(\mathcal B\) a holomorphic vector bundle on \(\mathbf G\). Let \(\mathbf M_0\) be a compact, smooth \(q\)-pseudoconcave CR submanifold of \(\mathbf G\). Under the assumption that \(H^r(\mathbf M_0,\mathcal B| _{\mathbf M_0})=0\) for some \(1\leq r<q\), the author proves a global homotopy formula with \(\mathcal C^k\) estimate for the \(r\)-cohomology of \(\mathcal B\) for arbitrary \(CR\) submanifolds \(\mathbf M\), sufficiently close (in \(\mathcal C^{k+7}\)) to \(\mathbf M_0\). The method of proof relies on the use of improved forms of integral formulas with simplicial or spherical barriers, similar to those originally introduced by \textit{R. A. Aĭrapetyan} and \textit{G. M. Khenkin} [Russ. Math. Surv. 39, No. 3, 41--118 (1984); translation from Usp. Mat. Nauk 39, No. 3(237), 39--106 (1984; Zbl 0589.32035)].
