Consider the system of quasi-linear implicit difference equation \[ A_n x_{n+1}= B_nx_n+ f_n(x_{n+1}, x_n),\quad n= 0,1,2,\dots,\tag{\(*\)} \] where \(A_n\) and \(B_n\) are given singular matrices of order \(m\times m\) and such that \(1\leq \text{rank}(A_n)\leq m-1\), moreover \(f_n\in C^1(\mathbb{R}^m, \mathbb{R}^m,\mathbb{R}^m)\) and \(\ker A_n\subset\ker(\partial f_n/\partial y)\) for all \(n\geq 0\) and \(x,y\in \mathbb{R}^m\). Under some assumptions and transformations, too complicated to be presented here, existence and uniqueness of a solution to \((*)\) satisfying the initial condition \(P_0x_0= \gamma\in\mathbb{R}^m\) is established. An approximate solution is investigated also. Two illustrate examples are included.
