The authors study variational inclusion problems in smooth Banach spaces. Unfortunately, the main results obtained in this paper are misleading. The authors, in fact, only treat the problem of multivalued equations, see equations (3.1), but not of multivalued inclusions. The same equations were previously considered in [\textit{S.~S.~Chang}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 248, No. 2, 438--454 (2000; Zbl 1031.49018); \textit{S.~S.~Chang, J.~K.~Kim} and \textit{K.~H.~Kim}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 268, No. 1, 89--108 (2002; Zbl 1008.49007)]. The convergence analysis of the algorithms for solving variational inclusions remains an open problem.
