A Coxeter group is said to be right-angled if for any two distinct simple reflections their product has order 2 or \(\infty\). The author studies Kazhdan-Lusztig cells and the corresponding representations of right-angled Coxeter groups and Hecke algebras associated to them. In the case of infinite groups generated by reflections in the hyperbolic plane about the sides of right-angled polygons the author obtains an explicit description of the left and two-sided cells. In particular, the author proves that there are infinitely many left cells but they all form only three two-sided cells.
