The authors consider the nonlinear elliptic equation of the second-order \[ F(x,u,D_x u,D^2_x u)= 0\quad\text{in }\Omega,\tag{1} \] where \(\Omega\) is a bounded domain in \(\mathbb R^N\) with \(\partial\Omega\in C^2\). They give an estimate for the solutions of the oblique derivative problem for (1) and obtain the existence of solutions.
