The paper deals with the oscillation of solution to the following odd-order delay parabolic equations \[ \begin{multlined}\frac{\partial^N}{\partial t^N}u(x,t) - a(t)\Delta u(x,t) + \sum_{i=1}^n p_i(x,t)u(x,t-\sigma_i) - \sum_{j=1}^m q_j(x,t)u(x,t-\tau_j)\\ + \;h(t)f(u(x,t-r_1),\dots,u(x,t-r_l)) = 0, \quad (x,t) \in \Omega \times [t_0,\infty),\end{multlined} \] where \(N\) is an odd integer, \(\Omega\) is bounded domain in \(\mathbb{R}^M\). The authors obtain necessary and sufficient conditions for oscillation of the solutions via averaging technique and analysis of the respective ordinary differential-functional inequalities.
