The authors consider controlled Hamiltonian systems with the Hamiltonian of the form \[ H = H_0 + \varepsilon V + f , \quad \tag{1} \] where \(H_0\) is an integrable Hamiltonian part, \(\varepsilon V\) is a small perturbation, and \(f\) is the control term. The goal is to provide an algorithm for finding the control term \(f\) of order \(O(\varepsilon^2)\) such that the proper Hamiltonian system with the Hamiltonian (1) is integrable. This control term is expressed as a series which terms can be explicitly and easily computed by a recursion procedure. An example demonstrates that truncations and approximations of the control term \(f\) provide a simple and easy way to reduce the chaos in the system.
