The authors deal with the existence of solution for the following class of elliptic systems \[ \begin{alignedat}{2} &-\Delta u+W(u)= Q_u(u,v)+ H_u(u,v) &\quad\text{in }\mathbb R^N,\\ &-\Delta v+W(v)= Q_v(u,v)+ H_v(u,v) &\quad\text{in }\mathbb R^N,\tag{1}\\ &u,v>0 &\quad\text{in }\mathbb R^N,\end{alignedat} \] where \(W:\mathbb R^N\to(0,\infty)\) is a continuous function, \(H\in C^1(\mathbb R_+\times\mathbb R_+,\mathbb R)\) is a \(2^*\)-homogeneous function with \(\nabla H=(H_u,H_v)\), \(2^*= \frac{2N}{N-2}\) for \(N\geq 2\), and \(Q\in C^1(\mathbb R_+\times\mathbb R_+,\mathbb R)\) is a positive function bounded above by an \(N\)-function. The authors show that the system (1) has a positive solution.
