Epiconvergence has been studied by several authors for the symmetric case. In this paper the author studies this topic in the nonsymmetric case by using quasi-uniformities and bitopological spaces. This helps to study both lower and upper semicontinuous functions simultaneously. The results obtained are then applied to Computer Science, specially to the Complexity Space.
