The rigidity of lattices in semisimple Lie groups has been intensively and extensively studied. There are several versions of rigidity results, for example, local rigidity, strong rigidity and super-rigidity. In this paper the authors prove a version of the local rigidity which says that under small deformations, a lattice is still a lattice (the so-called Ehresmann's principle) and isomorphic to the original lattice under some necessary conditions. This together with the Mostow strong rigidity implies local rigidity, i.e., any small deformation of a lattice is given by a conjugation.
