First the paper contains a certain brief description of the so-called Semantic Realism model of Quantum Mechanics, suggested by C. Garola earlier. The main part is devoted to discussion of some quantum-mechanical problems within the above-mentioned model such as locality and non-locality, quantum measurement, objectification, projection postulate, etc. Finally, the authors provide a certain intuitive picture that justifies some ''unusual'' (the term of the authors) features of the Semantic Realism model.
