Let \(K\) be a dicrete valuation field of characteristic 0, with residue field \(k\) of characteristic \(p>0\) and perfect. Let also \(\bar K\) be an algebraic closure of \(K\) and \({\mathcal G}_K := \text{Gal}(\bar K/K)\). The aim of the paper is the study of invariants measuring the lack of semistability of potentially semistable (as defined by Fontaine) \(p\)-adic representations \(V\) of \({\mathcal G}_K\). On the one hand, each \(V\) is completely described by its Deligne-Weil module \(D_{\text{pst}}(V)\). The Swan conductor \(\text{sw}(V)\) of \(V\) is then defined as the Swan conductor of the restriction of \(V\) to the inertia subgroup of \({\mathcal G}_K\), On the other hand, to any de Rham representation \(V\) (which, by the \(p\)-adic monodromy theorem, is potentially semistable), one can associate a \(p\)-adic differential equation \(N_{\text{dR}}(V)\) and its irregularity index \(\text{irr}(N_{\text{dR}}(V))\). Let \(K_n\) be the field generated over \(K\) by the \(p^n\)-roots of unity and \(V_n\) be the restriction of \(V\) to \(\text{Gal}(\bar K/K_n)\). The main theorem of the paper states that, if \(V\) is a de Rham representation of \({\mathcal G}_K\), then \[ \text{irr}(N_{\text{dR}}(V)) = \lim_{n\rightarrow +\infty} \text{sw}(V_n). \] The theorem is the analogue of a theorem of Tsuzuki in the case of equal characteristic \(p>0\) [\textit{N. Tsuzuki}, ''The local index and the Swan conductor'', Compos. Math. 111, No. 3, 245--288 (1998; Zbl 0926.12004)].
