Projective bundle theorem in homology theories with Chern structure (Q1769050)

The paper is devoted to the proof of the projective bundle theorem for oriented homology theories. Briefly speaking, it says that a homology of the projective space is a direct sum of homology of a point. Note that the projective bundle theorem was proven in oriented cohomology theory and plays the crucial role in constructing transfer maps. The construction of transfers for homology remains still an open problem. The result of the author can be viewed as an important step in solving this problem.
